I teach a variety of yoga styles to accommodate students
of all ages and abilities. Everyone is welcome -- this is a
no-judgment zone and a place where you can relax and have fun while you get both relaxed and energized.
All equipment is supplied, though you're always welcome to bring your own. Plan to wear comfortable clothing. Water is always available at the studio, but feel free to bring along your water bottle.

Hatha Flow
Combines the principles of traditional Hatha yoga with the fluidity

Intro to Yoga
Designed for beginners, this class offers a gentle approach to learning the fundamentals of yoga.
Baby Bonding Yoga
Offers a bonding experience for new caregivers and their babies, combining gentle yoga poses with playful movements.
Restorative Yoga
A deeply relaxing practice that uses props such as blankets, bolsters, and straps to support the body in a restful pose.
Chair Yoga
A gentle form of yoga that is practiced while seated or using a chair for support, making it accessible for people of all abilities.
